Issuers

Raise Capital Across Europe. On-Chain. On Your Terms. Turn your company into an issuer of digital bonds and reach a pan-European investor base — without building your own market infrastructure. Onboard through a licensed Broker, get scored, and go live on a regulated, blockchain-settled market.

Access cross-border capital

Your bond isn't limited to local investors. DEUSS connects your Broker to a shared, pan-European market of investors accessing the platform through their own institutions.

A structured path to market

A dedicated Placement Agent helps you finalize coupon rate, target amount, payment frequency and covenants before your bond ever goes live — no guesswork.

Trust built in, not bolted on

Every issuance carries a transparent risk grade (A–E) from an independent scoring evaluation, so investors can assess your bond with confidence — and you benefit from that trust.

How it works

1. Get verified Register your company through a licensed DEUSS Broker and complete KYC/KYB — ID, corporate documents, and financial statements.

2. Get scored Submit your business plan and financial statements for an independent scoring evaluation. You'll receive a risk grade (A–E) that anchors your bond's terms.

3. Structure your bond Draft your proposal, then work with a Validator (Placement Agent) to finalize the amount, coupon, tenor and covenants.

4. Go live Once approved and assigned an ISIN, your bond is issued on-chain and opened to investors on the primary market.

5. Manage the lifecycle Coupon payments, principal repayment, and redemption at maturity are coordinated automatically between the platform and your Broker's payment provider.

Do I deal directly with DEUSS? No — you always go through a licensed Broker (e.g. a bank or regulated distributor). DEUSS operates the shared infrastructure they connect to.

What size of company can issue? DEUSS is built primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the EU looking to raise capital that might otherwise be hard to access through traditional channels.

Do I need to understand blockchain to use this? No. Your Broker's application handles onboarding, document upload and bond drafting through a normal web interface. The blockchain settlement happens behind the scenes.

How is the coupon rate decided? It's shaped by your scoring grade and finalized together with the Placement Agent during bond structuring — it isn't a fixed platform rate.
