Investing with DEUSS

Access a unified, cross-border market of digital bonds issued by vetted European SMEs. Buy, hold, and trade with transparent risk grading, secure digital custody, and on-chain settlement you can verify.

Why invest through DEUSS

1. Diversify beyond your local market Instead of being limited to bonds from issuers in your own country, access a shared pool of opportunities from SMEs across the EU, distributed through your Broker.

2. Know the risk before you commit Every issuer carries an independent scoring grade (A–E) based on a formal risk assessment — so you can compare opportunities on transparent terms.

3. Your assets, secured Hold your bonds in a dedicated digital wallet. Choose direct control via secure Passkeys, or let your Broker manage the technical complexity for you.

4. Liquidity when you need it Sell on the secondary market through the orderbook, negotiate counter-offers, or arrange an OTC trade directly with another party.

How it works

1. Get verified

Register through your Broker's platform and complete identity verification (KYC).

2. Browse the market

Explore primary market offers from newly issued bonds, or secondary market listings from other investors.

3. Buy & hold

Purchase bonds directly into your digital wallet. Payment and token delivery are settled together (Delivery-versus-Payment), so you're never exposed mid-trade.

4. Get paid automatically

Receive coupon payments on schedule and your principal back at maturity — settled through your Broker's payment provider and confirmed on-chain.

5. Trade when you want

List your holdings on the secondary market, accept or negotiate offers, or settle a private OTC deal with a counterparty.

Security & trust, in plain terms

Delivery-versus-Payment (DvP) settlement — your payment and the bond transfer are resolved together, escrow-secured on-chain, so a trade only completes if both sides deliver.

On-chain compliance checks — every transfer is validated against KYC/AML status directly on the blockchain, not just in a back-office database.

EU blockchain infrastructure — bonds and ownership records live on EBSI, the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure.
